The person in this role will help keep HR processes organized, provide a welcoming experience for visitors and candidates, and contribute to smooth office coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome employees, applicants, and guests at the front desk while creating a courteous first impression.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR function by organizing records, entering information accurately, and maintaining documentation.

  • Handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion and follow confidentiality standards at all times.
  • Assist with additional HR or office projects as priorities shift during the contract assignment.
