Schedule:
Monday to Thursday The primary function of the HR Administrative Coordinator is to provide administrative support for the branch locations. Also, responsible for day-to-day coordination of telephone / personnel communication systems, overall management of agency supplies / mail, and processing of accounts payables. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office. Adhere to and participate in Agency's mandatory HIPAA / Privacy Program and Employee Compliance Program; Read and adhere to all Agency Policies and Procedures and follow Employee Handbook Guidelines Oversee handling of all incoming telephone calls including how calls are screened and routed to the appropriate agency staff; Maintenance and administration of the phone system including Adding / revising voice mail boxes; Managing accurate employee phone roster. Manage and order office supplies (including agency specific forms) as needed. Manage and process all accounts payable including routing to appropriate corporate department as needed. Function as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, and managing communication systems. Oversee office operations, including scheduling meetings, or organizing training sessions. Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors, or problems. Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Oversee the flow of cash of financial instruments. Network within communities to find and attract new business. Complete mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks; Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems, and personal computers; Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, take orders, and address complaints. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer; Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments. Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Understand the issues related to the delivery of home health and hospice services and be able to solve problems effectively. Possess knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health and hospice agencies. Have exceptional customer service skills and be able to communicate well with referral sources, patients, family members, and agency employees. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. The ability to communicate with a diverse number of individuals is required. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare setting. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills Must possess experience in the health care industry or one year's experience in home health.
Education:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, typing, clerical skills, and be competent with computers. Pay Range The compensation range will reflect a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (30+ hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
