Must have high energy, strong analytics and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Looking for a motivated team member whose primary responsibility will be human resources and accounting functions as well as other business functions such as inventory control. Some duties included; Bookkeeping in Quickbooks online, process vendor invoices, month end closing, payroll, inventory control as well as other accounting functions in Quickbooks online and Fishbowl systems. Reconcile bank and vendor statements. Previous AP and AR experience required. Additionally this role will assist with Human Resources functions.

• Must have effective written and verbal communication with vendors
• Excellent follow up skills
• Matches invoices to purchase orders
• Experience working with Quickbooks online
• Experience working with Fishbowl (inventory management software).
