WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees Ensure payroll is accurate, complete, and on time Work directly with department managers to verify payroll information Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, and employee updates Maintain garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other deductions Audit insurance invoices and employee deductions Maintain employee records, tax information, benefits, and leave balances Research and resolve payroll discrepancies Assist the HR Manager with payroll and HR responsibilities Maintain complete confidentiality of employee and payroll information

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience HR experience required Experience handling payroll for a larger workforce preferred Automotive dealership payroll experience is a big plus Paycor experience is a strong plus Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional discretion when handling confidential information
