Responsibilities Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and forms to ensure information is current and accurate. Support policy communication efforts by helping develop employee-facing resources and job aids. Conduct research on HR best practices and employment-related topics and summarize findings for the HR team. R eview HR records and reports for accuracy and assist with data cleanup projects. Assist with organizing and maintaining HR documentation, records, and compliance-related files. Support HR compliance projects related to process improvement, record retention, and documentation standards. Help compile information and reports to support HR initiatives and compliance activities. Qualifications Education:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business or another related field required
Software Knowledge:
