Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Administrative Assistant, where your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will drive the smooth operation of our HR functions. This vital role offers a unique opportunity to support talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance management. You'll be at the forefront of fostering a positive workplace environment by ensuring efficient HR processes and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Duties Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting HR sourcing activities, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday. Facilitate employee orientation programs and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the company culture. Manage confidential personnel information with integrity while handling data entry tasks related to payroll processing using Kronos, UltiPro, or Dayforce platforms. Coordinate training & development sessions, assist with succession planning activities, and contribute to organizational design projects aimed at workforce management improvements. Support HR legal compliance management by ensuring adherence to employment & labor law standards and affirmative action planning guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in an HR department role with a strong understanding of human resources management principles. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational abilities for project management and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Experience with payroll processing software like Kronos or UltiPro is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
