Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support strategic workforce management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational growth while developing your expertise in human resources management. Responsibilities Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems such as ATS platforms like Lever, iCIMS, or Workday. Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization. Manage employee evaluation and performance management processes, providing guidance on best practices for feedback and development. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with applicable regulations such as FMLA and workers' compensation policies. Support HR sourcing initiatives and participate in affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce. Maintain accurate personnel records using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM; ensure data collection and entry are precise and confidential. Collaborate on organization design projects, workforce management strategies, and succession planning efforts to align human capital with organizational goals. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively. Contribute to regulatory compliance management by staying current on employment & labor law updates and HR legal requirements. Support training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources department functions with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Demonstrated ability in project management, strategic planning, and organization design within an HR context. Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or similar platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel for data analysis is essential. Knowledge of employment law in talent management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance standards including FMLA and workers' compensation policies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS platforms (iCIMS, Lever) or HRIS systems (Oracle HCM) is highly desirable. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in data collection, entry, and reporting tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and proactive approach toward problem-solving.
