HR and Safety Admin Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Human Resources Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate employee records. Assist with various daily HR tasks such as scheduling, preparing communications, and organizing HR-related documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee and company information. Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of new safety procedures and policies tailored for the production floor Coordinate safety training sessions, prepare materials, and track employee participation and compliance.

HR and Safety Admin Qualifications:

Proven administrative experience in a professional office environment. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Previous experience in an HR Assistant or administrative support role within a Human Resources department. Familiarity with safety practices and regulations, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
