Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our organization's talent management and HR operations. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce development, employee engagement, and HR process optimization. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes to attract top talent. Support employee orientation programs and facilitate new hire integration to ensure a seamless transition into the organization. Manage employee evaluation processes by collecting performance data, coordinating reviews, and supporting performance management initiatives. Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries to enhance employee satisfaction. Maintain accurate HR data within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors; perform data entry and analysis using Excel. Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to employment & labor law regulations and assisting with affirmative action planning and regulatory reporting. Contribute to HR projects related to workforce management, organization design, succession planning, and training & development initiatives. Skills Proven experience in human resources management, including HR sourcing, personnel administration, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, workers' compensation procedures, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and HR legal compliance standards. Proficiency with an ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and day-to-day HRIS platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally while managing conflict resolution effectively. Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience in organizational design, strategic planning, and change management initiatives. Skilled in data collection and analysis using Excel for reporting purposes; familiarity with payroll processing tools like ADP is advantageous. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail during data entry or administrative tasks. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
