of our work Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Accountabilities Recruiting and Hiring Manage recruiting and applicant tracking software by posting job openings and gathering new applicant information Coordinate communication with candidates regarding interviews, screenings and orientations Work with the Human Resources team on the company's recruitment strategy and employment branding Identify and source potential candidates through social media, networking events, job boards, e-mail marketing, educational institutions and industry associations. Work with local trade schools and high schools, to assist with hiring and marketing of construction as a career Attend career fairs and other recruiting events Stay abreast of recruiting trends and more efficient ways to source and attract talent to the office and the field Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts. Set up pre-employment screenings Human Resources Coordination Maintain employee files and human resources filing system Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential Compile reports and spreadsheets Assist with company events
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Related associates or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Good time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills Work well in an office team environment. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction. Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to maintain a professional and appropriate demeanor
