WHAT YOU'LL DO

Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service - train, coach and lead by example Assist with the store interview process - conduct screenings, interviews, and references Recruit new employees Assist with payroll and time clock maintenance Assist with employee benefit enrollment and use Solve customer problems and support daily business needs Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
