Belleville, IL Job Details Part-time $23.00 - $23.50 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Filing Student support Appointment scheduling Phone call management Workforce development Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Workforce Development Coordinator to coordinate workforce development applications, manage applicant files, proctor pre-entrance testing, answer phone calls, manage student schedules.
Duties:
Coordinate and manage the student enrollment and registration process from initial inquiry through completion. Assist prospective and current students with applications, admissions requirements, registration, and enrollment procedures. Review enrollment documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student enrollment records and databases. Communicate with students, parents, staff, faculty, and other departments regarding enrollment-related matters. Schedule and coordinate enrollment appointments, orientations, and registration activities. Follow up with prospective students regarding incomplete applications, missing documents, and enrollment deadlines. Provide information about programs, admission requirements, tuition, schedules, and available resources. Process enrollment forms, withdrawals, transfers, and other student-related documentation. Monitor enrollment numbers and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative records as needed. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive student information. Resolve enrollment issues and respond promptly to student questions and concerns. Collaborate with admissions, financial aid, academic advising, and other departments to support a smooth enrollment experience. Assist with enrollment events, orientations, outreach activities, and recruitment initiatives. Stay informed about institutional policies, procedures, deadlines, and applicable enrollment regulations. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the enrollment office.
Pay:
$23.00 - $23.50 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
