HR Organization Administrator 6-Month Contract | Decatur, IL |

Pay:

$25/hr. Support HR Operations team by maintaining employee and organizational data within SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role works closely with HR Administrators, HR Onboarding, and managers to ensure accurate data, effective system workflows, confidentiality, and compliance. Responsibilities Enter, maintain, and verify employee and position data in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Assist managers and HR teams with system tasks, workflows, and processes. Maintain organizational structure and foundational HR data. Respond to requests involving confidential and sensitive information. Conduct data audits and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security. Create and update process documentation, manuals, and SOPs. Support HR Operations projects, cross-training, and process improvements. Identify opportunities for system and workflow enhancements. Provide strong customer service to employees, managers, HR teams, and vendors. Qualifications 5+ years of administrative or relevant HR experience. SuccessFactors Employee Central experience highly preferred.
