Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator assists with recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. Essential Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Coordinate job postings across various hiring platforms. Screen resumes and schedule interviews. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork. Assist managers with recruiting efforts and staffing needs. Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding. Ensure all employment documents are completed accurately. Set up employee files and maintain HRIS records. Coordinate offboarding, exit interviews, and termination paperwork. Ensure company property is returned upon separation. Compliance & Recordkeeping Maintain confidential personnel files. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with maintaining
OSHA, HIPAA
(if applicable), and labor law compliance. Track required certifications, licenses, and training. HR Administration Maintain HR databases and employee records. Prepare reports related to staffing, turnover, attendance, and hiring metrics. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures related to recruitment. Support HR projects and special initiatives. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and discretion. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently. Performance Expectations Maintain complete confidentiality of all employee information. Ensure timely completion of hiring and onboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records with minimal errors. Provide exceptional support to employees and management. Help foster a positive, professional, and compliant workplace culture. Contribute to employee retention, engagement, and organizational success.

From $23.00 per hour
