Job Description

Superior Metal Technologies in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant to support our manufacturing workforce. In this role, you will assist with recruiting, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee relations for English- and Spanish-speaking employees. You will coordinate timekeeping and attendance records, help administer benefits, and maintain confidential HR files. Working closely with supervisors and HR leadership, you'll support safety, training, and policy communication, ensuring clear, accurate information is shared across shifts in our fast-paced, quality-focused production environment.
