Job Summary Excellent position for a retired office administrator, retired Law Enforcement Officer, or Veteran. C4SEM is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support daily retail operations at our multi-operation company while also providing administrative and clerical support to our security and training divisions. Job Overview This is a dual-role position requiring strong customer service skills, attention to compliance, and the ability to manage administrative tasks in a structured, professional environment. This energetic role combines retail support with essential administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support Provide clerical support to management (filing, data entry, document preparation) Assist with scheduling, communications, and applicant processing Maintain organized records for compliance, training, and operations Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and internal documents Assist with onboarding paperwork and general HR administrative tasks Retail / Store Operations Assist customers with merchandise selection, including uniforms, duty gear, and accessories Support firearm sales in strict compliance with all federal, state, and ATF regulations Operate POS system and maintain accurate transaction records Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment Support ATF documentation processes and customer intake procedures Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or higher preferred) Strong organizational and administrative skills Professional communication (written and verbal) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email systems) Must pass background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Strong administrative skills Prior retail experience (tactical, outdoor, or firearm-related preferred) Knowledge of firearm safety and handling Experience with compliance-driven environments Legal & Compliance Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age (required for firearm-related duties) Must be legally eligible to work in the
