This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, connecting with people, moving quickly, and helping build a strong healthcare team. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline from the initial application through successful onboarding. What You'll Do Recruiting & Candidate Management Manage recruiting for Home Care and Home Health positions. Recruit caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, DSPs, RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals. Recruit office and administrative staff as needed. Review applications and resumes and identify qualified candidates. Contact applicants promptly and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process. Conduct applicant screenings and interviews. Coordinate secondary interviews with managers or clinical leadership when needed. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates. Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, employee referrals, schools, community organizations, social media, and other recruiting channels. Hiring & Onboarding Extend approved employment offers. Initiate background checks, references, credential verification, and other pre-employment requirements. Track required employment documentation through completion. Coordinate orientation and required new-hire training. Work closely with HR, Scheduling, and Clinical Leadership to ensure new employees are ready for placement. Maintain communication with new hires between offer acceptance, orientation, and their first assignment. Help reduce candidate drop-off and improve the overall new-hire experience. Conduct new-hire follow-up after orientation and placement. Recruiting Pipeline & Organization You will help maintain accurate tracking of applicants and hires throughout the recruiting process, including: New applicants Candidate contacts Interviews Offers Background and credentialing status Orientation Employees cleared for work Employee placement Candidate withdrawals and no-shows Recruiting sources You will also provide regular recruiting updates to the Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development. What We're Looking For Recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time. Comfortable conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Strong attention to detail. Professional and responsive communication style. Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and standard office technology. Ability to appropriately handle confidential applicant and employee information. Preferred Experience Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred, especially experience recruiting: Caregivers CNAs HHAs DSPs RNs LPNs Other healthcare professionals Experience with Indeed or similar recruiting platforms is also preferred. What Success Looks Like We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the recruiting process—not simply scheduling interviews, but helping qualified candidates successfully move from applicant to new employee.
