Job Description

At our Covington, KY facility, we are proud of our strong culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a bilingual Receptionist/Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for visitors and employees and plays an essential role in ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organized front office. What You'll Do Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls; handle inquiries as appropriate. Monitor visitor logs, assist visitors, and support building security procedures. Follow all company policies including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), PPE, and safety standards. Order and maintain office and departmental supplies, coordinate catering arrangements for meetings and events, and ensure leaders have the resources needed for efficient operations. Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and Human Resources Department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records, ensuring compliance and readiness for internal and external audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked employee breakroom to promote a positive and welcoming workplace environment. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of administrative or office experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Professional phone etiquette and appearance. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent attendance and reliability. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Why Join Taylor Farms?
