Job Description

Universal Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to organize, assist , monitor and evaluate HR department. Implement employees performance improvement standards and policies. Insure regulatory compliance. Assist payroll functions. Asist in hiring and firing. Must have college education and human resources experience. HR Coordinator should have excellent analytical, organizational, managerial and administrative skills. Must be efficient, dedicated, a good listener and a problem-solver. The goal is to foster an excellent environment that will support everyone in working to the benefit of hospital and patients alike.
