Campus Recruiting Coordinator — Mathnasium Part-time — ~10-15 hrs/week — $23/hour + Bonus Mathnasium is hiring a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to lead on-campus recruiting to help us recruit for the Education Director role — a $70K/year leadership role running one of our learning centers. Your job as a recruiter will be to find great people and get them excited to apply. You'll be the face of Mathnasium on campus. If you're extraverted, connected, and like engaging with people, this is a great role for you. What you'll actually do Get the word out on campus: flyers, bulletin boards, club meetings, department lists, group chats — wherever the right people are Host or pitch at info sessions and student org meetings Activate your own network — personally reach out to and vouch for people you think would be great Track your pipeline and hand off interested candidates to our hiring team Who we're looking for Current Tufts, Wellesley, or Boston College student, senior preferred Outgoing, persuasive, genuinely well-connected on campus Self-directed — you'll own this, not wait to be told what to do Comfortable talking to strangers and following up
