Full-Time Savvy Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a well-established furniture manufacturing company in Sutton, MA. This position will provide day-to-day HR and administrative support while also assisting with payroll and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience who also has accounting or payroll experience . Bi-lingual preferred but not required. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records Assist with new-hire onboarding, paperwork, and employment verification Coordinate background checks and E-Verify Assist with payroll processing and review employee timekeeping Track attendance, PTO, and employee records Assist employees with benefits and HR-related questions Support recruiting, interviewing, and scheduling Assist with workers' compensation and unemployment claims Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations Prepare HR reports and maintain employee documentation Assist management with employee communications and HR-related matters Provide basic accounting support, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Enter invoices and maintain accurate financial records Assist with payroll-related accounting and reporting Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Payroll and/or accounting experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Knowledge of Massachusetts employment regulations is a plus Bi-lingual preferred
