Coordinator of Workforce Training

This position is a working supervisory and operational leadership role responsible for coordinating workforce training programs and overseeing day-to-day operations at the College's Northern Outreach Center.

The coordinator supervises and evaluates adjunct trade and transportation instructors; coordinates instructional schedules and program operations; works with support staff; and assists prospective and enrolled students with admissions, orientation, enrollment, advising, and student engagement.

The coordinator also works directly with employers and community partners to identify workforce training needs, develop training opportunities, recruit students, and support successful program outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years' experience in workforce development or career training/education, or related industry experience.

Education/experience:

Associate's degree and 5 years of related work experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Hiring Range:

Salary is $51,956 to $61,756 per year. Placement is based on relevant experience. Outstanding benefits package is available shortly upon hire.
