Recruiting/ HR Assistant Are you passionate about people, organization, and helping build a strong company culture? Precision Garage Door Service is looking for a Recruiting/HR Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full recruiting cycle, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating scheduling with hiring managers Provide day to day HR administrative support, including maintaining employee files, updating HR systems, and responding to employee inquiries Support onboarding/ offboarding, including new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, exit process and service titan creation Assist employees and management with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and general benefit relation questions. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and values

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in HR and recruiting is strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) A friendly, professional demeanor and a "people-first" mindset

Details:

Position Type:

Part-time to full-time potential, targeting full-time in 2027

Schedule:

Fully remote, based in Detroit/ Plymouth, Michigan. Occasional onsite in Plymouth office

Compensation:

$23-$26/hr - based off experience Breakdown of workload: 33% recruiting (10 hrs/week) 40% onboarding (12 hrs/week) 27% other duties as assigned (remaining hours) Interested?
