Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting strategic talent management efforts. Your energetic approach will help streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and uphold compliance standards across the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce development and organizational success through effective human resources management. Duties Coordinate talent acquisition activities, and support onboarding processes. Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and understand organizational policies. Assist with benefit administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with regulatory requirements. Support compliance management related to employment law (including FMLA and labor regulations), and HR legal compliance standards. Complete HR administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and reporting. Skills Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Knowledge of HR practices and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes; experience with Excel data analysis is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement, training delivery, and conflict management. Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure legal compliance across all HR functions. Experience in recruiting strategies. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity. Knowledge of benefits administration processes. Strong organizational skills.
