Job Description
HR Coordinator - Faribault, MN$22-$29/hour | 100% onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PMA manufacturing organization in the Faribault area is adding an HR Coordinator to its team. This is a highly employee-facing role that would be a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Spanish/English bilingual is required. HR experience is preferred, but it is not required if you bring strong customer service, administrative, coordination, and people skills.
What you'll do:
Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for employees and help direct questions to the appropriate HR team memberSupport hourly recruiting, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding, and staffing agency communicationAssist with new hire paperwork, background checks, employee files, HRIS updates, and other HR administrationHelp coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, lunches, events, and company communicationsSupport Spanish-speaking employees with basic HR questions and help ensure concerns are appropriately escalated when neededAssist with time-off/FMLA-related questions and other employee inquiriesHelp maintain accurate employee records and follow established HR processes
