Not Required Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and daily operational oversight of the long-term care facility Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations Support quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction Supervise clinical, nursing, and administrative staff Maintain regulatory readiness and survey compliance Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident care Assist with staffing needs and provide floor support when necessary Monitor facility operations, budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics Foster a positive culture focused on patient-centered care and staff engagement Minimum Qualifications Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License Minimum 1 year of Nursing Home Administrator experience Current BLS Certification Experience leading operations within a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly in an interim leadership role Preferred Experience Interim Leadership Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long-Term Care (LTC) Healthcare Administration Survey Readiness Regulatory Compliance Staff Leadership Operations Management Resident Care Management Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) Why Apply?
