We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us build the team behind the product. This isn't a passive admin role. You'll be hands-on in the full recruiting cycle — scheduling, coordinating across time zones, keeping candidates warm, and making sure our hiring process runs smoothly as we scale. What you'll do: Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (US + China teams) Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving Post and update job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, indeed, etc.) Maintain and update our ATS and candidate tracker (Notion) Support sourcing efforts — LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals Help draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR admin Work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvements Requirements Bachelor degree in Human Resource. business administration or similiar major Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin (required) Are comfortable working across time zones and with async communication Have experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms Move fast and stay calm when priorities shift Nice to have: Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem or SaaS companies Experience with Notion, Workable, or similar tools
