Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator and become a vital driver of organizational success! In this energetic role, you will coordinate and support a wide range of HR functions, ensuring seamless operations across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Duties Facilitate talent acquisition processes by supporting recruiting efforts, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and assisting with interview scheduling to attract top talent. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization. Assist with employee evaluation procedures, performance management initiatives, and training & development activities to promote continuous growth. Support benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health plans, retirement programs, and other employee benefits. Maintain HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Contribute to compliance efforts by monitoring employment law adherence, managing workers' compensation claims, and supporting affirmative action planning. Collaborate on project management initiatives related to organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management strategies. Experience Proven experience in an HR department role with familiarity in human capital management, personnel administration, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and regulatory standards impacting HR practices. Demonstrated ability to utilize HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, or Paychex for data entry, payroll processing, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis essential), with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience with recruiting tools like Lever or iCIMS is preferred; familiarity with social media management for talent sourcing is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills in project coordination, conflict management, and strategic planning are highly valued for success in this role. $23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
