About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Associate to support our growing healthcare organization. This position will assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, training, certifications, and offboarding. The ideal candidate is responsive, highly organized, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and follow-through are essential. Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and provide assistance to employees and managers. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, references, background checks, and offer letters. Coordinate and track new hire onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed. Maintain accurate and confidential electronic employee personnel files. Track employee licenses, certifications, registrations, and expiration dates; follow up on renewals as needed. Manage and track required employee training, continuing education, and annual competencies. Assist with employee status changes, transfers, and other HR documentation. Coordinate administrative aspects of employee separations and terminations. Assist with HR audits, compliance requirements, reporting, and special projects. Maintain HR trackers, calendars, and systems to ensure deadlines and requirements are met. Provide professional and timely communication to employees, candidates, and managers. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative support preferred. Healthcare HR experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong follow-through and accountability. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Sharepoint. Experience with an HRIS, applicant tracking system, or learning management system is a plus. Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
