COMPANY OVERVIEW
Merrimack Manufacturing is growing — and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven HR Administrator to join our team in the Manchester Millyard!
POSITION OVERVIEW
In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in shaping the employee experience, supporting everything from recruiting and onboarding to HRIS management, employee records, events, and internal communications. You'll partner closely with the HR team and collaborate across the organization in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new. The HR Administrator position is based in our Manchester, NH office and is fully on-site, offering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support full cycle recruiting process Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS data Assist with employee events, calendars & administrative projects Be a trusted, organized resource for employees and the HR team Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including document distribution, scanning, filing, shredding, mailings, and special projects
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
2+ years of administrative experience preferably within HR Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience maintaining confidential information
EDUCATION
H.S. Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelors in HR or administrative field preferred. dpXiSKeEat
