We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to support our human resources and talent acquisition efforts, focusing on hiring home health aides. In this role, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. Your primary goal will be to attract qualified candidates for home health aide positions by leveraging social media, external networks, and recruitment strategies. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in talent management, candidate relationship building, and HR systems while contributing to our mission of providing quality home health care.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process for home health aide positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing offers using applicant tracking systems. Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates through social media platforms and external networks. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create effective recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals. Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews, prepare interview materials, and provide feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience. Build relationships with external recruiting agencies, community organizations, and employment networks to expand candidate pipelines. Ensure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal HR policies. Support onboarding activities such as orientation sessions and training programs to promote a welcoming environment for new hires.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within fast-paced environments, particularly in healthcare or home health care settings. Strong communication skills for engaging candidates, conducting outreach via social media, and building relationships with stakeholders. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, UltiPro) and HR software (e.g., Paychex). Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance related to recruiting practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in sourcing candidates and supporting onboarding processes. Experience in recruiting for healthcare roles or similar positions is preferred.
