3 months We are seeking a Staffing Analyst to support the Nursing Staffing Office and day-to-day nursing scheduling operations at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Responsibilities Maintain nursing staffing schedules Support all phases of the nursing scheduling system Assist with day-to-day staffing and scheduling operations Communicate with staff and departments regarding scheduling needs Maintain accurate staffing information Provide administrative and clerical support to the Nursing Staffing Office Requirements Minimum 1 year of college or specialized post-high-school training in computer or secretarial skills 1-3 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience Strong organizational and communication skills Strong computer and interpersonal skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Comfortable using standard office equipment Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Please send resume to pbroffman@phaxis.com #
