HR Recruiting Coordinator We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help deliver a smooth, engaging, and efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources while working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Job Responsibilities The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full cycle of the recruitment process including scheduling and conducting interviews, pre-employment appointments, conducting background checks, and maintaining an applicant database. Will Participate in the interview process and outreach activities. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, this includes meeting with prospective candidate. Responsible for ensuring all recruitment materials (both physical and digital) are continually updated to reflect the most up-to-date policies and procedure. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and schedules across hiring managers and stakeholder. Manage job postings, pipeline updates, and candidate tracking within our applicant tracking system. Support recruiter with sourcing efforts, resume screening, and initial outreach. Prepare offer letters, assist with background checks, background clearances and support on boarding step. Oversee the twice-per-month New Hire Orientation coordination. This includes collaborating cross-functionally with the Training & Development department on schedules, materials preparation, and new hire check-in. Help organize hiring events, career initiatives, and internal recruitment program. Maintain accurate data, reporting, and documentation to ensure smooth operation. Contribute to process improvements to enhance both recruiter and candidate experience. Must be a strong relationship-builder with both hiring teams and candidate. Attend weekly stakeholder meeting. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field. 1 Year of preferred experience or internship in HR/Recruiting. Strong organization and time-management skills. Extreme attention to detail required. Advanced in Excel required, PowerPoint a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail. A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn. Comfort working onsite and interacting with colleagues across the business.
