We are hiring a dedicated HR representative to recruit, interview, and hire drivers at a rapid pace to keep up with our ongoing growth. Full Job Description - Screen resumes and interview candidates. Regularly track pipeline activity and move candidates along. Strategize different ways to attract candidates, create referral generation, and build a new hire pipeline. Assist with miscellaneous daily operations including but not limited to creating checklists and pressing employee-related forms and documentation.

Required Skills - Excellent and professional communication skills Ability to work on a computer 4-8 hours/day Ability to talk on the phone 4-8 hours/day Impeccable follow-up Ability to keep track of multiple candidates and their stages in the hiring process via HR portal Ability to work independently at a fast pace Nice to have: Experience in recruiting and hiring Local to Hillsboro area Benefits (Applicable to full-time positions only): Health insurance Paid time off
