Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and talent management. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field and is eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced professional environment. This role offers exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle while providing meaningful opportunities to contribute to HR projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Help coordinate onboarding activities and new hire orientation. Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation. Support employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives. Participate in HR projects related to process improvement, training, and talent management. Prepare correspondence, presentations, and HR-related documents. Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Previous internship, administrative, customer service, or office experience. Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting platforms.
