HR Assistant - Junior JB Software & Consulting Union, OH Job Details Contract $23 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Filing Employee data management Kronos Payroll record maintenance Workday Full Job Description You will be responsible for the clerical/administration function within the HR department. Perform duties directly related to leaves of absence, payroll, file administration, benefits, workers compensation, unemployment and preparing reports associated with these functions. Counsels' associates, respond to requests for information and completes the necessary HR related forms and documents. Interacts with Home Office and outside Vendors on a variety of HR related issues. Knowledge of basic HR functions (payroll, files and benefits) Knowledge of payroll systems (Kronos AND Workday preferred)
