Join our elite team as a Customer Service Security Specialist at a prestigious corporate campus, where delivering exceptional service is just as important as maintaining safety. This is not your typical security role. You'll be engaging with executives, employees, and visitors across a beautifully maintained, high-profile property—offering a concierge-level experience while staying active throughout the day. Expect plenty of walking, people interaction, and a focus on professionalism and attentiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, polished greeting and visible presence at key points across the campus
• Conduct regular walking patrols of lobbies, offices, courtyards, and public spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and order
• Assist employees and visitors with directions, questions, and access needs
• Enforce site-specific access policies with tact and discretion
• Monitor for safety hazards or unusual activity and report any concerns immediately
• Support emergency response efforts when needed (e.g., evacuations, medical support)
• Assist with coordinating vendors, deliveries, and special events on site
• Act as a liaison between building management, facilities, and client departments to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

• A polished, customer-first professional with a natural sense of hospitality (Natural hair color, no visible tattoos, no facial piercings)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail
• Comfortable being on your feet and walking extensively throughout the shift
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in all situations
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive
• Must be available weekends

Preferred But Not Required:

• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or corporate customer service
• Security, front desk, or concierge experience (training provided if not)
• Familiarity with large campuses or multi-building sites
