Job Description
life mpowered, a local, 60-employee nonprofit supporting individuals with intellectual/development disabilities, has an immediate need for a well-rounded HR generalist. As the 1-person HR department, the HR Administrator is responsible for: general HR support, biweekly payroll, staffing, coaching/counseling, HRIS administration, training & development, benefits administration, policy/procedure development and maintenance, LOA administration, and compliance. Our ideal candidate has several years of HR generalist experience, strong communication skills, advanced HRIS administration skills, experience with HIPAA and confidentiality, and advanced computer skills. Experience with Rippling and an HR certification (PHR or SHRM) are preferred. This is a full time (32 hours per week), onsite (not remote) position with some flexibility around the workdays/hours.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per weekBenefits:
