Driver Recruiting & Compliance Coordinator - CDL Required Ace Limousine & Airport Service is looking for a proactive, organized person to help recruit chauffeurs and drivers while managing driver compliance files and supporting our operations team. This is primarily an in-office recruiting and administrative role. You do not need extensive transportation, safety, or FMCSA experience. We will provide the systems and training. This is a great opportunity for someone with a CDL who wants to move into a primarily office-based recruiting and operations role with room to grow. What You'll Do Recruit and interview chauffeurs and drivers Follow up with applicants and keep the hiring process moving Help onboard new employees Maintain driver files and required documentation Track licenses, medical cards, MVRs, and other required records Assist with

compliance paperwork Follow existing company checklists and procedures Communicate quickly with drivers and management Occasionally drive company buses or other fleet vehicles Help transport vehicles to maintenance or service locations Assist with other operations-related tasks when needed What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Very organized and detail-oriented Fast follow-up A go-getter who gets things done Comfortable interviewing and speaking with drivers Able to follow systems and checklists Comfortable working independently Positive attitude and easy to work with Management, recruiting, transportation, or safety experience is a plus
