Job Description
Human Resources Coordinator Location:
Corry, Cambridge Springs & Edinboro, PA Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday Just In Time Staffing is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting and HR operations at three manufacturing facilities.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday

Corry:
Assist with new hire orientations and training. 2 Days
•
Cambridge Springs:
Support recruiting and HR operations. 2 Days
•
Edinboro:
Support recruiting and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions. Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientations. Assist with employee relations and general HR needs. Maintain employee records and recruiting documentation. Work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of HR or recruiting experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Must be willing to travel between all three locations.
Pay:
$24.00
•$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
