Job Description:

Avo Photonicsis a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a large customer base. Members of our staff have the opportunity to design, prototype and produce next generation products for a diverse range of markets including environmental, medical, military, industrial, aerospace, and communications. We seek an Internal Engagement Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and be an excellent communicator.

Specifically:

Conceptualize, design, and execute employee events to enhance company culture and recognition Manage logistics, venue, and vendors Administer employee feedback surveys and assist with new employee onboarding Partner with HR and leadership to improve employee engagement strategies Various candidate sourcing activities to support pipeline and other staffing projects Assist in other HR and administrative support functions

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required Ability to work in a fast paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources is required Experience utilizing Indeed and other job boards, preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Avo Photonics offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
