On-Site Year Round Pool Company is looking for an organized and people-focused HR Assistant to support our growing workforce. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, this position will assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and other daily HR activities. Responsibilities Post jobs, review applications, and conduct prescreening calls. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. Assist with onboarding. Assist employees with benefit enrollment and routine coverage questions. Process benefit changes and help prepare for open enrollment. Maintain confidential employee files and HR records. Complete routine HR system entry and assist with answering employee questions. Assist with tracking I-9s, training, onboarding tasks, and other deadlines. Assist with other HR duties, projects, and initiatives. Qualifications Experience or degree in Human Resources. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Professional handling of confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. A dependable, approachable attitude with strong follow-through. Experience with employee onboarding, benefits administration, Acumatica, Employee Navigator, or Attendance on Demand is preferred but not required. Spanish speaking is also preferred but not required.
