Human Resource Assistant in Gallatin, TN Work for an international manufacturing facility Gallatin, TN Hiring Immediately - Must be able to commute to Gallatin, TN.

Job Description:

New hire orientation and assisting in hiring HR documents in system FMLA tracking (admin). Compliance items - example posters, I9 etc. Manage Wellness Program, Manage Employee Engagement Program, have working knowledge of process improvements/simplification (new hire orientation as an example) This person will be helping with Admin items not only Gallatin, but for KY plant and CT plant. KY and CT will be a small portion.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
