This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent Human Resources graduate or someone with an HR-related degree who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growing organization. You'll work alongside experienced leaders, support employees across multiple departments, and gain exposure to a variety of Human Resources functions including employee administration, onboarding, compliance, policy management, office operations, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in keeping processes running efficiently. No two days are exactly the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

What You'll Do:

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork.

Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality.

Review, update, and distribute employee handbooks, policies, and HR documents.

Help coordinate employee communications and internal announcements.

Order and maintain office snacks, beverages, and general office supplies.

Coordinate office deliveries and shipments.

Ensure common office areas remain organized and stocked.

Assist with organizing company events, employee recognition initiatives, and office activities.

Monitor HR inboxes and assist with responding to employee inquiries.

Serve as a back-up to answer Payroll and HR questions.

Perform data entry and maintain HR spreadsheets and reports.

Complete general administrative and office tasks as needed.

What We Look For:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred:

Previous office, administrative, internship, or customer service experience.

Experience working in a professional office environment.

Familiarity with Human Resources principles through coursework or internships.

Experience supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
