Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Onsite Hiring Admin to coordinate with our back-office hiring team and assist candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the back-office hiring team regarding candidate progress and pending steps. Assist candidates with in-person interviews and road tests. Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process. Follow up on pending requirements and ensure candidates complete the necessary steps. Monitor and update hiring progress and candidate records.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and coordination skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Basic computer and spreadsheet skills. HR or administrative experience is an advantage. Willing to work onsite.
