OTBI, BI

Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) reports and dashboards across HCM areas. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!

Responsibilities:

Develop OTBI, BIP, and FDI reports and dashboards across Oracle Fusion HCM. Build reporting for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Absence Management. Partner with HR teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions. Support testing, validation, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management knowledge. Hands-on experience with OTBI, BIP, FDI, and SQL. Knowledge of payroll, overtime, shift differentials, and workforce reporting. Full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation experience. Healthcare or shift-based workforce experience preferred.
