About the fit:
We weight personality as heavily as experience. We're looking for someone who brings good energy, genuinely likes people, has a sense of humor, and makes the office better by being in it. Compensation & benefits: $52,000-$67,000 salary depending on experience, plus bonus and a full benefits package launching January 2027 — a program you'll help build. This is our first dedicated HR hire, and the role will grow as quickly as you can grow it.
To apply:
Submit your resume along with a short note describing a time you had to figure out something confusing with no instructions and no one to ask. Glide Cleaners is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements:
What we're looking for 2+ years in HR, office management, recruiting coordination, or a comparable operational role Experience with onboarding, employee records, or benefits administration Discretion handling sensitive employee matters Strong problem-solving ability — much of this role is ambiguous, unglamorous problem-solving with no instructions Strong organizational skills; this role touches many areas at once Comfort working in an HRIS, solid spreadsheet skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent interpersonal skills — collaborative, warm, and easy to work with SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
