We're seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources & Safety Administrator who is ready to support employee programs, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance reporting, workers' compensation administration, and workplace safety initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ACTIVITIES YOU'LL GET TO DO
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation. Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities. Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee inquiries. Support compliance with employment laws, policies, and reporting requirements. Maintain safety records, training documentation, and regulatory compliance files. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events. Coordinate safety training, testing programs, and Safety Committee administration. Assist with workers' compensation claims and return-to-work coordination. Prepare HR and safety reports, metrics, and workforce data.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree and/or 2+ years of related HR, safety, or administrative experience. Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills. Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and administrative processes. Knowledge of worker's compensation processes preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
