Job Summary The Staffing Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while assisting with general office administration functions. This position serves as a key resource for employees and management by helping coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HR programs, while also supporting scheduling, communications, and office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Assist with benefits enrollment, employee communications, and related documentation.
Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement activities.
Assist with compliance reporting and record retention requirements.
Support employee recognition programs.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Maintain and order office supply needs.
Aid in coordinating company events and employee functions.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of administrative, HR, office management, or related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) a plus.
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding activities.
