Job Description

Position Summary The Administrative Manager & Human Resources Coordinator serves as the central administrative resource for Intuitus Corp., coordinating office operations, human resources administration, executive support, records management, and internal business processes. Working approximately 20 hours per week, this position ensures the organization operates efficiently while supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), employees, consultants, and clients. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative activities, supporting the employee lifecycle from recruiting through offboarding, maintaining company records, assisting with financial administration, and ensuring smooth internal operations. The role requires exceptional organization, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.

      Part-Time (Approximately 20 Hours per Week)
        Schedule:
        Flexible schedule to meet business needs. Typical work schedule averages approximately 20 hours per week, with occasional additional hours required to support recruiting activities, company meetings, onboarding, or special projects.

          Gig Harbor, WA or Port Orchard, WA area. Work is performed in Port Orchard, WA Scope of Responsibility The Administrative Manager & Human Resources Coordinator independently manages the company's day-to-day administrative and HR coordination functions while collaborating closely with executive leadership. Strategic decisions regarding finance, personnel, compensation, employment actions, and organizational direction remain the responsibility of the CEO and CFO. Primary Responsibilities Because this is a part-time position, priorities focus on maintaining efficient business operations by coordinating the following functions as may be assigned:
          • Executive Administration (Approximately 20%) Support the CEO and CFO with administrative needs. Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and executive correspondence. Assist with executive projects and organizational initiatives.
          • Office Administration & Business Operations (Approximately 35%) Coordinate daily office operations. Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and administrative systems. Maintain company files, templates, policies, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, client visits, and office logistics. Recommend administrative process improvements.
          • Human Resources Coordination (Approximately 30%) o Coordinate the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including: Ø Personnel record administration. Ø HRIS maintenance. Ø Employment documentation and compliance. Ø Employee policy administration.
          • Records & Project Administration (Approximately 10%) Maintain corporate and project records. Support proposal preparation. Coordinate project documentation. Maintain document retention systems. Other Duties (Approximately 5%) Support special projects. Assist Team with administrative needs. Perform additional duties assigned by executive leadership. Qualifications
          • Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
          • Experience Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Experience supporting executive leadership. Experience with human resources administration. Experience in a professional services, technology, cybersecurity, or consulting environment preferred. Experience working independently in a small business environment highly desirable.
